In my opinion, RX would be a good abbreviation for ReactX.
DirectX is already abbreviated as DX, so RX would fit quite good as an abbreviation.
As Hunkadoodledoo already said, ReactX does not contain an "O", so it could become difficult to find out that ROX is the abbreviation for ReactX.
Best regards,
Colin Finck

RX is good (here in italy is the short for X-Ray), then.
Let's call for artists !!!

EDIT: Just searched for "RX", and this could be a good background for ReactX... (imagine the X in the center)

and what about this http://haxor.czweb.org/reactx.png ? I'm not a designer it's just an idea how the "X" and icon could look like. maybe more old, rusty, flaked off...
