I think you're all being too optimistic, using the diff mailing list archive I found that the string "usb" hasn't appeared since November. I'm predicting 0.4 will come when the graphic bugs are completely ironed out.

Does Mass sorage devices include CD/DVD drives?

If you mean USB storage, then yes, as long as they're inside a USB external enclosure ^_^ Else it falls under ATAPI/SATA.

Good good. I've been quite interested in installing ReactOS on an EeePC and without USB support it's a bit like a fish out of water.
