I'm not exactly a developer, and I was scouring the web looking for something to add, and to be honest, other than the wiki article, which the section pertaining to this file might as well be a stub, I was coming up dry and didn't want to bother our developers. At least I tried. I see that this is more for folks writing DLLs. I'm not exactly a developer, and I was scouring the web looking for something to add, and to be honest, other than the wiki article, which the section pertaining to this file might as well be a stub, I was coming up dry and didn't want to bother our developers.
