No, he didn't. Someone else created the spam page - he simply moved it to a new page called SPAM. I can't recall the exact username who originally created the page, but it was something like "Fabian" - see http://www.reactos.org/wiki/index.php?title=Special%3AListUsers&username=F&group=&limit=50 GoBusto 15:19, 28 May 2009 (UTC)
