ReactOS uses a X.Y.Z scheme for releases: X indicates whether or not the project has reached its intended goal, Y indicates a major release (notable features and enhancements), Z indicates a minor release (bug fixes and general development).
Current version
The current ReactOS version is 0.4.14. Check out the Official Changelog for bugfixes, Community Changelog for a comprehensive list of changes from the previous version.
Planned versions
Important milestones currently set are the 0.5.0 and 1.0.0 releases. The current 0.4 series mark the last of the alpha release series. Starting with the 0.5 series the project intends to move into beta status. The 1.0 series and later will signify releases that are ready for everyday use.
Old versions
There is no documented information for versions prior to the 0.0.7 release.
