An hypothesis:
Maybe we all made our own ROSBE rather than use the official one?
And maybe that the bot that make images, also made itself it's ROSBE
rather than use an official one.

What I means by that is that I followed instructions on:
http://www.reactos.org/wiki/index.php/HOWTO/setup_a_build_environment_for_Linux/Ubuntu_v5.x
rather than use the one described in:
http://www.reactos.org/forum/viewtopic.php?p=30681
