[ros-kernel] Bug in mdl changes

Hi Gunnar,
I'm compiling Ros on Ros and during the process it calls
GlobalMemoryStatusEx. I see the memory usage in debug dumps.
When the "VM" Load reaches +48% it crashes, and the pagefile
is not being used, because it is showing 0 at MiUsedSwapPages.
Does swap PageFile work?
