[ros-kernel] Bug in mdl changes

Hi,

if you use gcc 3.3.1 from SF for compiling ros on ros it will hang. Some
flags of the FILE structure from our msvcrt and the M$ one are different.
The last gcc 3.3.1 does access this flags directly. It isn't a problem of
your changes.
