[ros-kernel] Stack Underflow in memory manager (regression)

Hi,

the problem is in vfatfs. I get nearly the same crash with a clean cvs tree.
With DBG=1 there is only my reported problem. Vfatfs is build with
'-Wno-strict-aliasing -O6' if DBG is not set.
