[ros-kernel] Release 0.2 tagged

Release 0.2 was tagged on 14 Jan around 24:00 UTC. Following are the
instructions Martin posted yesterday about switching between the release
branch and HEAD:

> If you want to check out the tree for this new branch use:
> cvs co -r ros-branch-0_2_0 reactos
>
> If you want to change a already checked out tree to the new
> branch use: cvs up -r ros-branch-0_2_0
>
> To switch back to the MAIN branch use:
> cvs up -A

Developers making changes to the 0.2 branch should also commit these
changes to HEAD. Only bugs should be fixed on the branch, new
functionality should go into HEAD. We have a week now to fix bugs, on 21
Jan the branch will go into code freeze, meaning only show-stopper bugs
should be fixed after that.
