[ros-kernel] nice! (and a bug)

Sorry folks, haven't had much time for actually doing much lately 
besides leaving an occasional message, but here is the latest progress 
with vb apps.  Also in this screenshot are 2 refresh issues with 
explorer, 1 of which has been present for a while, the other of which is 
relatively new.
