A clearer explaination:  When accessing TinyWeb running under ReactOS with
Mozilla, you will get HTML pages rendered as text, due to the incorrect MIME
type sent by TinyWeb.  Mozilla honors the Content Type, but IE does not, so
pages render correctly under IE.
