I've added a checkbox in the system control panel dialog.
Go to the advanced tab and click on the system settings button.
Selecting the checkbox will force usermode API's to report as a workstation.

The kernel however, still reports as as server and this can't change as that's
exactly what it is.

Please retest the latest build.
