Because of his mentions in his own board using MS Leaked Code to modify 
our Code, we ban him again and again. I think I speak for the whole 
Project with this words: "ReactOS distanciates from the Fork TsonicOS in 
all ways." And if it would be my opinion which counts, I would disallow 
anyone which works on TsonicOS to provide Code to ReactOS.
