ReactOS Versions use a x.y.z schema, where x currently means 0, until 1.0.0 is reached, the y number is increased if the targets on the roadmap are reached, and the z number is increased all 1 to 3(or more, if unstable) months; the z number says nothing about feature progress, which doesn't mean there is none.

Current version

The current ReactOS version is 0.4.14 you may want to look at the Changelog.

Future planned versions

A list can be found at the bottom of this page. But there are some important milestones which are set; with 0.4.0 we go through the last y number which is marked as alpha, because it's planned to reach the beta phase with 0.5.0. And the big goal is 1.0.0 which will mean ReactOS is ready for everyday use.
