[ros-general] Translators ARE needed (HTML email)

I am still interested in translating, I was wondering however what needed to
be translated. Just the classic dialog, buttons, etc. or documents and
everybit of sourcecode that exists. That would be a task, I don't have a
problem doing it but remember that irish gaelic uses about 10% more words
per paragraph.
